Putting it into more everyday English, rather than being literal, and also translating what are conventional phrases into the English equivalent:

Dear Madam,

Today I'm sending your e-mail to the management, Medical Affairs, for them to follow up

yours faithfully,

Patients' Contact Service,
PITIE SALPETRIERE Hospitals Group

I've assumed 'mail' is e-mail and a typo. "E-mail" is conventional French for email. Strictly, 'mail' is a mall!
