It is I guess, just multiple choice common sense stuff, but it depends what level you are doing.

Octavius is correct. You should have got the handbook sent to you/your company when the test was booked.

It's quite a simple test really - Just multiple choice questions - a lot of it is just plain common sense. However, you need to see the handbook.

There used to be a mock test online and I am still looking for it.

I did the mock demolition test for fun once and passed with flying colours and I don't know much about demolition.
