is quite warm - no less than 10'c during day but no more than 40'c

has a coast - without lots of giant jellyfish shark or crocs ect

no or hardly any poisonous snakes or spiders

is unviolent so that i could walk the streets safely without a gun ect.

has a language easy to learn

Malta
Good grief, dont want alot do you? LOL

My suggestion is to stay at home and turn your gas fire up or down accordingly ;-)
the Turkish Riviera? really safe, very western orientated, love the British, pretty much meets all your criteria
Tenerife - an area called Playa La Arena. Lovely.

just wondering because -

- i get tonnes of colds which lead to bad chest infections in winter and non in summer so i wanna move somewhere warm but no to warm.

- i wanna be a marine biologist or oceanographer so i kinda need to be near to the see.

- i don't wanna wake up next to poisonous snakes and spiders are even worse.

- my brother works on oil rigs offshore but he has to stay in really dangerous places (on land a few days before and after going offshore) sometimes and i don't wanna be shot at or need to worry about that kinda stuff.

- i don't mind learning a new language but it would be useful if most or all people spoke english.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i remembered another one thats pretty important

- somewhere that isnt prone to earthquakes tsunamis or volcanoe eruptions or tornadoes.
If you want to be a marine biologist you are going to want to be near the SEA, but you sound quite young so it sounds as though you'll have to go to university first before considering where you want to live.

You do seem to have set your sights on what maybe unattainable (ie such a place doesn't exist). You may have to accept that what is almost an ideal place does have one of the things on your list (eg jelly fish or tornados). But maturity may mean that the fears you have of these things diminish.
Where I live matches all your specifications except the last one, I'm afraid.
Just read your second list, and I'm afraid we are disqualified by the last item on that one as well!
If you contact your local maternity hospital they might let you live in one of their incubators - other than that, I think you are out of luck...
France is another place which hasn't been mentioned the South is particularly warm. Having visited France most people (especially younger people) know some English as it is taught in school and with time you could pick-up the language anyway. It also has marine life.
California?
Question Author
i think california has natural disasters and its america.

je suis parle un peut francais mais je mais je ne l'ai pas choisi pour GCSE. (i know some french but i didn't choose it for GCSEs.)

and i am one of the most undecisive people in the world so i thought if i could at least find the country to live in when i'm older it would help.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

does south of france have lots of annoying insects and bees and wasps because i'm petrified of them.
Question Author
and i'm part french so i could visit distantly random cousins occasionally. but they near french/belgium border but i could see them every so often.
maybe Perth or San Diego or Auckland - all coastal cities with fairly equable climates and pretty safe.
Question Author
with the america thing i didnt realy explain - i don't want to be in a country where its everybodies right to own a gun.

perth has jellies and sharks and insects and spiders and snakes.
if you want to be a marine biologist you may have to put up with jellies, just like doctors have to be able to put up with the sight of blood. For swimming purposes, stick to patrolled beaches.
