OH but the camera adds 10lbs..... We've all heard this, but this is usually said by an overweight person looking back at a video of themselves or holiday snaps and the offending video has usually not got a fisheye or wide-angle lens,so can we assume that the person in question is overweight and this this just a case of denial,or is there ANY SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE that proves that the camera adds 10lbs,also how comes this never seems to work with supermodels or are they even thinner then we ever imagined?? Answers and Thoughts please............

most of us would agree that through professional photography we gain the most flattering images of ourselves - even then you'll find some duffs.
cast from an angle, light creates shadows that sculpt the face and body by hiding unwanted flesh. softer lights can hide wrinkles and smooth out the skin for women, while harsher lights on male faces exaggerate lines for a chiseled look. hence someone with billions of pounds worth of camera equipment can make you look brilliant, or show your shaved punani when getting out of a car with a pastey drunken look. most of us just have a boots disposable that makes us loo exactly as we are.
