Male Chavs and Sunny Days

We've had our first real warmish sunny days of the year and already I've seen chavs walking about topless with their Donnay T-Shirts tucked into the waistbands of their shapeless tracksuit bottoms.

Why do they do this?

They are always concave chested weaklings with arms like overcooked tagliatelle so its not as if they've got anything to show off.

Perhaps they're not showing off, but keeping cool.

I don't mind blokes walking about with no tops on. As far as I remember they have always done it.

My poor partner can't take his top off....

1) People would laugh at him

2) He gets burnt in the winter

my neighbour has been puffing out his spindly chest in his mesh string vest and shellsuit trouser combo, had a tattoo on his arm done recently so he now thinks he is 50cent.

I must admit this is a pet peev with me. Why is it when we get a splash of sunshine everyone wears as little clothing as possible? Why men feel they have to parade around with only shorts on is beyond me. I am only 26 but I do not want to see half naked pasty men wandering around town! Also I do get quite annoyed by this 'fashion' of having your underpants out and jeans around your ankles - Men, sort it out! lol, =)
