That guy is no good at all. I've not been listening to the radio much recently because it's all about the Pope but the little bits of his 'speeches' I have caught made me turn it off immediately.

His voice and presence are so weak that to me he just sounds like a whining old man reading from a piece of paper. I will actually listen to Mr R Williams or Mr J Sacks for a short while as at least they sound like they believe their own crap, but the Pope, nope.

If he had any emotion in his voice or actually started saying what he really thought about Catholicism in the UK rather then I would happily listen to him, even though I am an atheist and don't really understand where he is coming from.

Anybody else think they might respect the Pope more if he started kicking right off?

he's 83.. how likely is he to "kick off?

I don't have a problem with his delivery, it's just what he's delivering (or failing to deliver) that troubles me.
He's an 83 year old man reading aloud in a foreign language! What kind of performance do you expect, Michael Mcintyre?
