McDonalds Snoopy Set
5 Answers
Back in the 90s my daughter won a competition at McDonalds, and her prize was a large Snoopy dog house with 30 'Around the World' Snoopy dogs inside. I've never seen one since, not even on Ebay, only the individual Snoopy dogs, so I'm just wondering how many of the complete sets where the storage kennel is included are out there, and might they be worth anything? Most likely not, but hey, would be interesting to find out!

I didn't know there was a kennel, I have never seen it mentioned anywhere either!! I didn't have to eat 30 McDonalds meals - managed to track them down in a good shop locally that used to sell odds and ends like that! Well done to your daughter for winning such a good prize, must have been about ten years or more ago!! Look forward to seeing it on the Antiques Roadshow sometime! I still have my Snoopys on display - sad I know, but fun!!
Snoopyfan, what a great name, this question was obviously made for you! My daughter's 16 now, I've just asked her what she had to do to win, and she still remembers, she drew a picture of a giraffe! It's not sad to have the Snoopys on display though, I get them out occasionally for my niece to play with, and it's lovely looking at the detail on them!
Mine are on my curtain pelmets each end of living room!! Only dust them once a year though!! My daughter is 24 and used to her zany mother! Well done to your daughter all those years ago, I obviously didnt spot the competion or would have persuaded my daughter to have had a go, though not sure of her giraffe drawing abilities back then!!!
