I know someone who sends used stamps to a charity, but for what or how are the used stamps used? Ta Muchly.

Good question. I've often wondered that. I wonder if they are recycled to make new stamps.
to put in packets of low value stamps to now sell to unsuspecting very young Indian, Chinese, or Pakistani stamp 'collectors' as we were taken in back in the late 60s.....Anybody remember Bridgenorth Stamps....scam artists.....
