I have read it (all of it) and frankly I thought it was a load of twaddle.  It was a long time ago now and I can't remember any specifics but I recall that it had a couple of reasonable insights and theories but it was completely let down by the "coincidences are not really coincidences" theme.
I thought it was fab, read it a long time ago and it's etched in my memeory. Loads of my girlfriends have read it and really enjoyed it but I think, you have to be that way minded, if you know what I mean. My husband, for example, wouldn't go anywhere near it, as he would think it was a load of old tripe!
I think I'm reasonably open-minded about spiritual things, but I thought it was twaddle. And all the endless spin-off books that came out afterwards annoyed me. Money-making twaddle methinks.
I was reccomended this book by my (otherwise very sensible) ex boss, as a life changing experience. However, I think twaddle is a lot closer to the mark. I do remember, if you actually 'got' the book properly you were supposed to be able to make yourself invisible or something!!
