...televised Olympic coverage for fear that the sight of scantily-clad athletes could inflame sinful thoughts?

I should add that I haven't watched any of the coverage myself for that very reason
pubs in Ballymena area are full when the womans beach volleyball is on Sandy
do they even have TV, wouldn't that be sinful to some.
Why would they deny perfectly natural feelings, I must say, I don't get any kind of thoughts that may be deemed sinful at the sight of such athletes, mostly they are thin and flat chested. It really wouldn't work for me, I prefer a woman to be developed, the thought of having to feed her up first doesn't appeal to me.
is it because like the beach volleyball women the clothes are very revealing, why should it matter, you see as much on the beach, or in some places walking down the high street.
I expect they are desperately awaiting their recently ordered satellite dish..
Probably

I am surprised at that sandy. I thought you were more liberal and up to date. Surely you can't be favouring the athlete's costume such as Sarah Attar wears.

I think all athletes should dress in this fashion.

And if ^ that ^ doesn't do the trick perhaps the official uniform of the jihad olympics will help you to get those sinful thoughts under control . . . http://3.bp.blogspot....ide-bombers-women.jpg
If you are that easily inflamed I suspect you may not be heading for the place you hope for. In which case you need to watch more scantily clad athletes to build up an immunity.

Beejay, sure everybody knows that Ballymena is the sod em & begorrah of north Antrim. I'm not surprised they're all in drinking and watching the TV.
I knew a PRESBYTERIAN who wouldn't watch beauty contests which he described as devils work.
I`ve watched TV pretty much everywhere and the only place I can think of that might not show it is Saudi Arabia.
em10, if the athletes wore what people wear on the beaches in the south of france I think that there would be a significant boost in the viewing figures as well as the figures being viewed :-)
