Aliens On The Moon? Why Have We Never Returned Back To The Moon?
253 Answers
There are many many videos and information on this theory and it really blow my mind it seems the more deeper I go the more I find and the more that compels me to keep digging.
I think that this the real "rabbit hole" and needs investigating/explaining.
Apparently there are many cover ups/lies and misinformation being spread by the main space body with 4 letters.
What are you thoughts on alien bases on the dark side of the moon/u.f.o's being sighted on/around the moon and various other things which point to the face that we are not alone and many on earth know the truth and do not want to share with us?

Yes, perhaps you should. By your own admission you are ignorant of Erich von Daniken’s work and yet you persist in unqualified derision. On this subject you have no debate to offer – good or otherwise.

Von Daniken is a convicted fraudster and charlatan. I was right...I should have ignored this debate due to its innate childishness and silliness. I am going to address the original post yet again and say that there are no alien bases on the Moon. I won't be joining in again, as life is to short to waste time on this nonsense. Good Morning !
Mikey, having detracted from the subject matter considerably, you have been one of the main contributors to the childishness and silliness here so I really can’t think why you’re complaining. The fact that Von Daniken was convicted of tax evasion is neither here nor there. His fundamental theory is eminently feasible. It would be good to have a serious discussion without people who, by their own admission don’t know what they’re talking about consistently derailing it with unjustified ridicule.
And a very good morning to you too.

In a Nutshell, as you say!
The general claim of Däniken over several published books, starting with Chariots of the Gods? in 1968, is that extraterrestrials or "ancient astronauts" visited Earth and influenced early human culture. Däniken writes about his belief that structures such as the Egyptian pyramids, Stonehenge, and the Moai of Easter Island and artifacts from that period represent higher technological knowledge than is presumed to have existed at the times they were manufactured. He also describes ancient artwork throughout the world as containing depictions of astronauts, air and space vehicles, extraterrestrials, and complex technology. Däniken explains the origins of religions as reactions to contact with an alien race, and offers interpretations of sections of the Old Testament of the Bible.

Quite simply Naomi because each of his examples of evidence of aliens visiting Earth can be explained simply. Many 'depictions' of aliens are simply a stage in the evolution of folk art, so the images are based on previous images that don't look like aliens and are not based on the artist seeing aliens. In a similar way the pyramid structures that have appeared in various parts of the world although superficially similar are claimed to be 'proof' of an alien intelligence giving knowledge to primitive socities. In fact archaeoligists can show that the design of these pyramids evolved inependantly.
Amphilogiai, thank you. Spot on.

Where’s your evidence for that?
Archaeologists have a tendency to slot things they can’t explain into a file that makes them more comfortable. Models of what are clearly flying machines have been relegated to the ‘stylised birds’ category, so I wouldn’t place too much store by archaeologists.
