And let me add a bit more to that. Why it took Muslims more than 1400 years that they need suicide bombers to kill people who have lived around them all this time?

Keyplus, they used other methods to kill people before. If they walked into a mosque of a different flavour carrying a large sword these days then people would be justifiably suspicious of their motives.
