The lady is right. The Muslim Brotherhood – and others – are telling us exactly what their plan is but such is our naïve faith in the good in human nature that we refuse to believe any of them. I would expect the authorities were well aware of global risks: and how to keep them in check without causing dangerous situations. The lumping of folk together into groups characterised by the worst of them is only going to create hostilities towards the innocent by the masses.
There will always be groups of 'elites' wanting to control the world. The governments and their agencies just have to stay on top and not let them make permanent advances. This requires good intelligence, cooperation with allies, an ability to know when it is the right time to apply force, and how to apply it.
