Stephen Fry Blasphemy Investigation

I thought this was a joke article from one of those spoof news sites when I first saw it. There are lots of questions here but I'll go with 'Does anyone think he'll actually be charged with the offence?'

I have re-read your post, and I understand now what you meant.
Confusion comes easily to me in the same that lousy sentence construction comes to you - but I won't be rude about your shortcomings, if you are not rude about mine.
Deal?

I agree with Fry's basic point here, which is (I think) that we can't possibly know whether a god exists or not. However, what we can know purely from observation of the facts is that IF he/she/it does exist, then he/she/or it is not a particularly good thing. It's at best inattentive, at worst malevolent.
It's a simple matter of logic. If people are offended by that it's their problem really. Don't shoot the messenger.
