English Correction.

I need some correction in English. I'm working in a software house. one of my client called us and he said that he wants to make mobile application for his website. I want to write him that we have visited your current website. After reviewing your website my boss wants to know the answer of following questions.

Should I write something like this. (I don't want to b more formal with him)

(I always prefer numbers spelled out rather than in numerical form in formal documents ie, two not 2)

Best to keep your boss and you together. Splitting you up makes it look as if you are not able to deal with the work on your own. How about something like this:

Dear xyz,

Hope you are well. My boss and I have reviewed your current website. Having done so it would help us if you could kindly answer the following questions:

Q: Question

I am also attaching two documents. In them you can see the range of work we are able to undertake on mobile and web applications. I am also attaching our corporate profile for your kind perusal.
