Do you actually believe the future exists and is pre planned? If not, how is it that some people see into the future...even in dreams and they do come true? Cognitive thoughts...are they for real?

I know tomorrow is going to be carp. Yesterday was, so was today, so here is a pattern. It never fails me. Always spot on.
"eleven, possibly eighteen dimensions..."

I've heard of four, ten, eleven and twenty-six, but never eighteen. Did you make that one up?

"I know tomorrow is going to be carp."

Sounds fishy to me...

Eleven? Eighteen? What the Helios? My pants are still too tight!
In this particular case it's perhaps rather important that you explain what you are talking about, particularly with the "eighteen" dimensions thing, because -- based on the rest of your post -- you haven't really understood why scientists might suggest the existence of ten (or eleven, or twenty-six) dimensions. There are perfectly logical reasons for all three of those numbers -- that, at least to my knowledge, would never lead one to consider an eighteen-dimensional Universe.
// for many years I have 'seen' in either dreams or thoughts// - deja vu all over again ( Louis Mayer)

the alternative is jamais-vu which I had for 24 h after taking Larium the killer malaria drug. Also thought I could fly ( oops ! - very frightening ) . a street seller yelled: haha! he's taken Larium and cant find his way back to his hotel.

Punters were advised to take it on Sunday and the Viets had noticed on Mondays all the tourists were crazy

Oh well....I tried for a serious discussion but knew it wouldn't get far. Love the funny comments as expected... Thanks for your views, I have however never had a discussion with decent views et al. I do appreciate your comments AND enjoy the banter...so ta all....maybe next time. (Smile)
Oh come on. No the future does not already exist unless you subscribe to the materialistic deterministic world view, that assumes that we are all predertimined by the dance of our atoms and neutrons but still unable to predict our futures.
Neurons
We call it 'the future' for a reason. If anything, a part of it ceases to exist with each passing moment.
Only if time is finite.
Of course the future exists, and no, it isn't pre-planned !

Nobody can see into the future, no matter how much they think they can.

Next question please !
In reality, due to propagation delay, all experience is of the past.
And what is the ‘data’ of propagation delay when applied to time?
The present, no less so the future, remains to be seen.
In Islam the belief is 'Predestination' ,& God /Allah has a book. In this book there is a page for every person who is, will be , or has ever been on Earth ( must be a big book) On your page is written your entire life story down to the smallest detail. So a true Muslim has to believe that nothing they can do or say has any effect on their life or future as it is already written in 'The Book'.
Is that what you are suggesting dunnitall?
So, if the ‘maximum length’ of the propagation delay is the present (which is debatable) what speed have you used to arrive at that conclusion?
Seems to me we must be looking at this from opposite ends of the stick. The present is where the propagation began only to be observed some time later when that moment has passed.
I don’t know how you can apply propagation delay to something which has no timescale and therefore no speed. If there’s only ‘now’ there’s no practical way to apply PD.
And I've not yet taken into account the time required to process sensory data to form an image.
We don't see the Sun as it is now but as it was more than 8 minutes ago. Meanwhile the Earth has rotated 2 degrees on its axis.
