What would it take to show that you are wrong?
In my own experience it was the willingness to explore different points of view.
It was painful but integrity and honesty meant more to me than anything.
I really couldn't give a fig what you believe (one of my best friends is a retired pastor) but I take issue with been preached at, as though you know the answers to lifes 'big questions' when you plainly don't.
Well in answer to the OP, a giant shining angel with a fiery sword popping in to say that god says to tell me I am wrong in my beliefs might do it...or I might just think its time to stop picking my own mushrooms and go back to Waitrose to buy them. Other supermarkets are available.
