I believe God is the Author of the Information necessary to kickstart our universe, drive abiogenesis and construct DNA.

No, I don't 'geddit'! An Old Testament God that declares that he never changes (a blood thirsty, genocidel, psycho) suddenly decides that he is now different somehow and says forgave your enemies (instead of slaughtering them) and preaches love instead of stoning people to death??
I think that today he would be called a split personality.

Excellent examples fender but to religionists who can only see the darkness in humans, they will ultimately see only selfishness.
