Posture Correction Support
3 Answers
Has anyone used a posture correction support belt?
Over the years I have found myself slouching more and more and I get shoulder and upper back pain on a regular basis. I saw an ad on FB and looked up body correctors on Amazon and there are quite a few of these which claim to help with posture, neck and back support.
Before I purchase one I'd like to know if anyone here has used one and if it was helpful. Most of the reviews on Amazon give 4.5 - 5 stars.
Cheers!

Ultimately your posture will improve only by building up the muscles that support your back. Adding support from a device will not do that, rather the opposite.
Some claim to simply remind you to sit up straight rather than support.
I would recommend you consider yoga. My posture also improved when I started riding unicycles. They do teach you to sit up much better especially improving the lower back.
