So to begin with a question, is Christianity as it is presented in the New Testament a good blueprint for our lives, and our society?

Being quite familiar with the concept of sycophancy, I can assure you that I am no sycophant, towards any person, and not to God.
Being aware of Gods will for my life, I am thankful for Gods unmerited love for me, and the realism of my relationship with Him.
Your idea of me being a sycophant is totally wrong.
