Atheist, rather a perfect body wouldn't be a body on your terms.
You cant take the physics and circumstances of this earth and project them into the next world. The Universe will be perfect under God's authority

Can you tell me how a 'perfect body' will function please?
Will it eat (and therefore deficate)?
Will it drink (and therefore urinate)?
Will females mentrate?
Will men produce semen?
Will it sleep, feel emotions, get bored, get angry?
Will it require a haircut every now and then?
Will males shave their face?
Will females shave their armpits and legs?
Will it require clothing?
If so, why?
What will it do for billions of years?
Will it still be able to yawn, cough, pass wind or hiccup?
Will it still be able to have sex and masturbate although we shall have spouses and family?
Will it live in a house?
Will it use a car/train/bus?
Will it even be a true version of itself when it was alive origionally?

Nailit, a perfect body is exactly that perfect. The body doesn't go into much detail about the matter, but I am perfectly confident that people will be able to eat and drink. Sleep wont be needed at all.
