Does anyone remember back in the Dark Ages about a hundred years ago - or at least it feels like that sometimes - when we could award one, two or three stars to answers on our own threads? I mentioned it on another thread the other day and I seem to be the only one who remembers it. I'm sure I've not been dreaming.

I had a look through Vanda's answers (via Fatticus's link) and couldn't find any threads with stars, asterisks or whatever. They may have vanished in one of the site redesigns.

I don't think they exist now, jno. Long gone - along with the badges which of course came much later.
