Where Is God?
People down through the ages have been accustomed to picture their gods as having the same needs as humans. Having allowed an ample demonstration of the failure of human rule during centuries of time, God can now proceed to intervene in human affairs and bring a halt to suffering, sorrow, sickness, and death. Having allowed humans to come to the peak of their achievements in science, industry, medicine, and other fields, there is no longer any need for God to allow more centuries of time for humans independent of their Creator to demonstrate whether they can bring about a peaceful, paradisaic world. They have not and cannot. Independence from God has resulted in a very ugly, hateful, death-dealing world.

I have no ideal where you live but most towns and cities will have at least one Bible believing church which you can attend and will welcome you.

Locust- I am not really understanding what you are saying. There are 66 books in the Bible, all of them in one way or the other are about Jesus. Christianity is a bout Christ there is rather a big clue in the name.

In the hundreds of years between Jesus and Charles Taze Russell, were no Christians anywhere? It is such a preposterous claim. You seem to overcomplicate things. The New Testament is clear you must be born again.

Locust ...Why did Jesus say, “You people must be born again” ? (John 3:7) Is being born again imperative to gaining everlasting life, as so many insist ? What does it take to be born again?

We cannot understand the subject of being born again unless we have clearly in mind what the Scriptures teach regarding two distinctly different destinies for those of humankind gaining salvation. Two different destinies? Yes, God’s Word explicitly teaches that only a very limited number of mankind will ever get life in the heavens as Christ’s Kingdom heirs or associates. All others gaining salvation will receive everlasting life on earth as children of Christ the King and as subjects of his heavenly kingdom
