eBay Disputes

Hi folks,

Ive just sold a phone on ebay but it was one of them Nigeria scams and the user promptly closed their account afterwards, ARGH!

To cut a long story short, I launched a dispute and they granted me the credit immediately. But my question is, what does that mean? Have ebay paid the �103 for the phone? If so, how do I retrieve it?
