Is Mani rational???
5 Answers
I was going to post a whole raft of subjects about Mani's beliefs but thought better about it after considering the mental aspect of it (dont want to push him over the edge). But does anybody on here (especially the religiously inclined) actually agree with his absurd beliefs? Homosexuals are ill and can be "cured" Domestic violence is ok as long as it is in a "loving christian" setting Abortion is wrong, even if you have to give birth to your father's child. (or your siblings child) Errr..going off the point arnt I?

He is eaten up with the notion of an inflexible, judgemental and unsympathetic god, he has no compassion for anyone, he doesn't consider the diversity of humanity or the weaknesses of human nature, and if his harsh beliefs were imposed on the rest of society, tragic consequences would be the result.
The words love, kindness and understanding are not to be found in Mani's vocabulary, and although he continually tells us about beliefs, he's not doing his god any favours at all. I really wish Mani would, for his own sake, stop listening to these potty Born Again Christians, stop underselling his god as he does, and credit him with a less sadistic nature and a modicum of plain common sense. Perhaps Mani would be far happier if he could rationalise real life a little more instead of relying upon such antiquated and unrealistic dogma to formulate his opinions.

Isn't "mani" short for something . . . not that there's anything wrong with that!
