Miracles tend to consist of those that have psychomatic illnesses.
When was the last time that a man (or woman) went to Lourde with no arms (or legs) and came back with fully functional limbs?

I agree with naomi24. I have been to Lourdes and whilst we can denounce and ridicule the idea that a miracle took place, we should also recognise that a lot of people including many disabled children with whom I went, go there for the purpose of meeting like minds and (a holiday) and the feeling of spiritual enlightenment that they get from it on a personal level. It is like the Las Vegas of the Catholic world!

I no more believe in thesse �miracles� than any of the people above, but if people find hope and inspiration and excitement from something they believe in personally, why deny them and ridicule them? After all, some people believe they will go to White Hart Lane and see some good football. This is only true if Arsenal, Chelsea or ManU are playing there.
