He budgets to save money; Blair blows it on a seemingly endless war. My guess is he will find better things to spend it on, while not necessarily pulling out of any countries we've already gone into.
It's always raised, USA is the only country ever to have used nuclear weapons. Yes, but what is a conservative estimate of the number of lives saved by the 2 Japan bombs ? Half a million, a million ?
