Any Christian bookstore - in fact any bookstore - WH Smith
W H Smith, Waterstones, Foyles .... and not usually... unless you find someone, or some organisation, that wants to convert you.
I have loads of bibles. KJV, Scofield KJV, RSV, NRSV, ESV, NEB, REB, Phillips, GNB, NIV, Jerusalem.

The striking thing about them is their similarity. My favourite is NIV.

I buy them in Croydon. I have on order at present an ESV Reformation Study Bible.

I bought mine years ago at Marks and Spencer. It's published by St. Michael. I also have one given to me when I started secondary school many many years ago
they're not usually giving away whole Bibles. There are different ones because at different periods of history people have tried to translate it again from the original Hebrew/Greek and put it into more up-to-date language. There used to be an advertising slogan: Holy Bible, book divine, bound in leather, one-and-nine. Satan trembles when he sees Bibles sold as cheap as these. 1s9d was about 9p, but prices are usually a bit higher now.

Many years ago, there was published, "The Bible In Scouse." In it, Jesus said, "It takes a man to foller me, norra shirt button!"
Its author was vicar to the church I attended, although I had stopped going there by the time this clown arrived.
Your local Gospel Hall will be delighted to provide you with a Bible, free of charge.
