This video purports to be of a small child having is harm crush for stealing bread. The victim of Sharia Law. Interspersed are cations about Sharia Law and How throughly bad all Muslims are. The background music is that dreary 'Mad World' song.

Fortunately, this crude piece of propaganda is not true. It shows a circus trick performed in a market. The video does not show the boy OK after the trick.

It is just plain anti-Muslim lies. Some gullible fools will believe it, but they will believe anything if it confirms their blinkered eyed view of the world.
