Pig organs for Human use.
25 Answers
Just wondering, certain religions ban the eating of certain foods, however, in Judaism, you can get a dispensation on health grounds, and i'm pretty sure, in a matter of life or death, there would be a dispensation for organs from pigs, (I don't know for sure, but i'd take a bet on it). My question is, could there be a dispensation in Islam, if there was no other way of saving a persons life?.

It is considered that the former organ of the deceased (person Muslim or non-Muslim - or animal) has become, after transplantation, the recipients organ and, as such, it will be considered Tahir (ritually pure). This is based on the rule of Intiqal.
In some instances Muslims may be required, or wish, to have ritual ablution in the Tayammum form. But more often this only applies to external organ donation.
It is perfectly acceptable for Muslims to accept organ donations from animals or humans, without any form of dispensation. So, as said, it would be up to the individual really if they needed some form of ritual process or would accept it at all.

Well said Octavius That is all because Islam is a practical religion or way of life I should say.
Theland If someone gives you an ar$e transplant from a pig and as a result you do not die at that time because pig s ar$e will accept you.
But would that make you a pig? I think it would not, until you show someone your ..guess it yourself. But then people may start calling you pigbum or pigar$e. what would you prefer?
