Why particularly women?

Shouldn't they be more concerned why even the longest life expectancy of men (Italy 80.4years) did not reach the shortest female life expectancy (Czech Rep. 80,7)?

Mind you this is very reassuring,

The UK came 16th out of 20 in a Europe-wide survey of female life expectancy, while its men fared somewhat better, coming 7th out of 20
