I've now left my discipleship of Jesus. I still believe in him of course, I cannot deny him. I just find it too hard to follow him and carry my cross.
So this is a question to all Disciples of Jesus.
I have walked away from him, So can I lose my salvation ?

It is unequivocally clear that the one unforgivable sin is permanently rejecting Christ (John 3:18; 3:36).
Speaking against the Holy Spirit is equivalent to rejecting Christ with such finality that no future repentance is possible. 'My spirit shall not always strive with man,' God said long ago (Genesis 6:3).

The first question we have to ask is who was Jesus? - and the answer is that he wasnt the fellow that USALady thinks he was, or that Christianity, or Islam, tells us he was (and they disagree). In reality, you are denying nothing more than a collection of two thousand year old myths created by men about a Jewish rabbi - so whats the problem?
USALady: If Jesus ever returned to this earth, Im convinced that neither Christians nor Muslims would recognise him - and neither would he recognise any of you.

Overlooking the pejoratives used, Mr. McFroog actually isn't that far from the truth... especially when he says "... you're just a cr@p Christian, not an ex-one". Truth be told, any of us who claim salvation by the perfect sacrifice of Yeshua Ha Massiach are "cr@p Christians" by comparison. But, I would point out that Yeshua said (in John 10:28-29) "... I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Fathers hand. I and the Father are one."(emphasis added). The fact that He also states the unforgiveable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is not in contradiction, in my way of seeing it, in that Glidr is moved to enter a post on a random site to those whom he/she does not know stating that Jesus "cannot be denied" and still believes in HIm. That's a heart's cry for understanding, not a refutation. Conversely, it's solid evidence that the Holy Spirit is moving in his/her life, just as He has in every believer's life, and "...that the one who began a good work among you will bring it to completion by the Day of the Messiah Jesus" (Phillipians 1: 6)...
Yeshua emphasizes in the very passage quoted about blaspheming the Holy Spirit, that it is not unforgiveable to deny Yeshua... (Matthew 12:31-32). Heck, Peter did it three times and Yeshua still invited him to a shore lunch...

By comparison? There can be no comparison. If anyone was a cr@p Christian, it was Jesus. He was a devout Jew who lived before Christianity was ever invented and had no intention of founding a new religion. Although the reality is not difficult to determine, it seems that for some it's impossible to acknowledge. Poor man. He has my sympathy.

You must have not followed the ending f that thread, Octavius... the less said the better Anglo-American relations will be... suffice it to say it rests with the fishes...
Were all entitled to our opinions, naomi, as you are, certainly... although I don't see any discussion in this thread about Jesus not being a Jew, nor anything about His intention to found a new religion... I may have missed it though...

To everyone knocking the questioner for having lost his way (possibly - lost sheep and all that) or for having chosen a path other than the one you feel to be right:
Try reading your bible - Matthew 7; 1&2
Ours is not to spout, but to support, assist and guide people to reach the decision that is right for them.
By the way, I know more good christians who don't go anywhere near a church than I do Christians who do.
