Before you wrap it up, naomi, let me say that I cannot take keyplus seriously enough to find him offensive.
Hard luck about the quiz. A friend of mine also got 99-and-a-half (how do you do that half symbol?) because he put CHESS FREEZER instead of CHEST FREEZER - one of those maddening slips of the pen.

Chakka, that I can understand that, and it doesn't surprise me in the least. However, I do feel that on past performance, a good memory is imperative.

Type your answer into a Word document. To get the � , click 'Insert' on your tool bar, then 'Symbols'. Scroll down the menu to find the Tahoma font, and click the � symbol. The � will pop into your Word document. Then copy and paste the whole lot into AB.
