I resolved not to succumb when a woman half my age with fantastic looks, body, personality and loads of money throws herself at me.

Rojash, I've seen the error in my ways. Next year I'm making only resolutions that I could not possibly fail to keep . . . or for which in the unlikely event of having failed I will feel no remorse. 8^)

Truth to tell, mibn2cweus, I'm well beyond the age when I can remember my resolutions by the end of January.

Rojash, well then you're old enough to have learnt by experience so no real credit due. But think of the fortitude of those younger women. In the face of such temptation, how on earth do they maintain such stalwart determination? They have my unceasing admiration. ;o)

By the way, Mibs always was a hopeless case, so no change there. :o)
