chakka - you will need to open up a photobucket account (or similar), you up load your pictures to the account then when you look at the thumbnail, there are several options below it. One of them is "direct link", you click it, it highlights, then 'copy' and paste it into your AB post. Viola - er, Voila !
(Make sure your account settings are at 'private' or anyone will be able to get in and browse the content.
