What are atheist beliefs about Jesus Christ?

The gospels which are supposed to be the account of Jesus's life are not even consistent. In particular the Gospel of John has several miracles and sayings attributed to Jesus that appear nowhere else.

I doubt that Jesus existed. He is more likely an invention concocted to lend credibility to the Old Testament by fulfilling the prophecies it contained.

Believers continue to this day to take action to fulfil the prophecies such as the restoration of the State of Israel. Then they claim "behold the truth of the Bible".

This is one thing that makes the faithful so dangerous. They eagerly await and contribute to the fulfilment of the Armageddon prophecy.
