Whatever you believe it to be, a place where pain is no more maybe and a home for souls tortured by the ravages of life. You make your own mind.
Heaven sounds rather boring, till one considers the alternative.

I don't get heaven, is it a state of mind?
I'm a man of simple faith. I believe most of us will go to heaven and spend eternity in the ineffable presence of our creator.
Smarter people than me here in AB will scoff at my answer. So be it. A few might agree. Well see in time.
Heaven is a place where weak minded religious people hope to end up.

If you believe in what is written in the Bible, when you arrive at heaven it will be empty, because for every sin you will burn in hell for eternity.

Heaven is a myth!! Will holy saintly people go there? Mother Theresa contributed to the death of hundreds of thousands of people by spreading lies about the benefits of condom use and that condoms can cause aids, the pope has protected and lied about his band of paedophile priests.

The whole lot disgusts me!!!
If Heaven existed I would rather go to Hell and take my chances than to have such liars and deceivers in my company!

I find the whole subject so incomprehensible!!!
if some people wish to believe in god and an afterlife, surely they are allowed to express their opinions without being ridiculed for it,
Just my opinion, im entitled to that as well, sorry if it offends.
I'm with you sandyRoe, see you there one day.
no. i am not offended, ratter. but i would not question anyones right to be agnostic or atheist, but you be careful because you will likely end up in " heaven " haha.
