Every now and then I get an email from yahoo saying I have two emails pending and that to recieve them I hae to click on the link. The sender email says it is from Yahoo" <[email protected]>

And this is what the email says:


Your two incoming mails were placed on pending status due to the recent upgrade to our database.

In order to receive the messages, Click here . to login and wait for response from our server.

So far I have just deleted them. Is this a scam?

Just continue to delete them.

Yes, it's a scam. If you are with yahoo, report it by forwarding the email to their phishing email address. I had similar from O2 the other day.
