When you breath in oxygen does it instantaneously reach every cell in your body including your brain cells or does it take a little longer like a few seconds? Say someone took in a breath of oxygen, then how long would the oxygen in that breath take to reach a certain part in your body?

The oxygen from one breath joins other oxygen present in your body so it may take quite some time to reach your toes, but arms, or legs when you're walking, will feel the benefits quickly. Your brain also needs 4 times more oxygen than other parts. The fastest way to get new oxygen to your organs is too stop breathing for a while.

Oxygen inhaled enters the lungs where it filters into the bloodstream via the network of fine capillaries. The blood stream then carries around the body.
You therefore have ti specify which body part you mean as obviously some are closer than others.
As a rough guide, blood takes about 1 minute to do a full circuit around the body of a person at rest.
