Capital One Emails

Hi, For the last couple of weeks each time I log into my emails there is one right at the very top from Capital One. It doesn't matter if I log into my emails 10 times a day or once every 3 days there is always one right at the very top, however there is no little box to tick to mark it as Spam and right clicking on it doesn't give me the option to mark it as Spam or to block it or anything. I've had umpteen of these daily now and they are very annoying and unwanted. I can only get rid of them by marking the box that says "Delete All". I've tried opening one to unsubscribe but nowhere does it give me this option. Anyone else had this problem or any ideas on what to do ? Thanks

Is your email web-based or do you use a program or app?

It's a from of spam. There's always one at the top of my list - but I just ignore it and next time there's a different one - NEVER more than one at the top, so it's mildly irritating but not show-stopping. It disappears once the rest of my in box is empty anyway.

It is a bit of a ***, I admit. I don't get them very often but when I do I just move any emails that I wish to keep to a folder then clear the inbox.

My ISP is Sky so I guess it's web based. I do only get 1 at a time, but it's there every single time I log in and annoying me. ( I need to get out more , I know !!!) :) Just wondered why I was getting them but glad to know it's not just me !
