Anyone Here Dealt With Netflix Double Billing Problems?
0 Answers
Oh I'm seeing red today. Two months ago I cancelled my account with Netflix over the increased charges. Today my credit card statement shows I'm still being billed. I phoned them. "Britany" told me that I had a duplicate account, but she could see the original account set up two years ago, (when I first tried installing Netflix on my new smart tv and it wouldn't recognise my email addy), that I've never used the account since its inception! I have, however, been billed as well for the second email address for the past two years. But Netflix says Eat Cheese! - that I need to read their policy and that I'm not going to get any refund. However, because they want to keep me as a customer, they'd be willing to give me a 90 day refund or free usage as a goodwill gesture! God Bless the amerikuns!
Anyone had any experience with this and can offer any advice as to where I might go to get some assistance? In the real world, we're only talking about a couple of hundred Pounds, but it's the principle of the matter. Crikey I'm cranky this morning!
Thanks!
