Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I offered to compile a quiz to raise some needed funds for our Trefoil Guild. Whilst I compile quizzes for Buxton Mountain Rescue which some think are a challenge, this quiz is easier and is really a one off.
All answers contain a type of transport. Clues are cryptic & anagram.
Closing date 13th January, 2019. (No asking for online help before 3rd January 2019).

1st Prize £10. In the event of a tie, winner will be picked at random plus 1 x £5 prize to be picked at random from all returned sheets irrespective of questions answered.

To obtain the quiz please send a SAE plus £1 cheque made payable to Mrs G. Halliday, ‘Lorien’. Main Road, Stickney, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE22 8AG or if cash secure well.

Trefoil Guild is a section of Girl Guiding the members of which pass on their skills and knowledge to Rainbows the youngest branch, the Brownies, Girl Guides including the Senior Section and Rangers. Some members are leaders and unit helpers. We are often asked to give grants to allow Guides to attend jamborees etc held in foreign countries.
We also have our own opportunities to take on new personal challenges.
Our group meet once a month but also are invited to other Guilds within our area. We have quiz nights and invite speakers to give us talks on their specialized subjects for which we always give a donation to their cause which is normally a charity.
