At the bottom of the email it's got -

Revenue & Cutoms HMR&C ,

Advising me that -
''After our last calculation of your fiscal activity we have determined that you had been set up on the wrong tax code and are eligible to receive a refund of £619.73 GBP''

*please submit a tax refund request and allow 3 days for us to process it.

HMRC afaik only ever send post via royal mail.
