It claims your DD was refused and you need to re establish, the link takes you to what looks right but it's phishing for bank details.

I've had a couple of those the last few weeks, defo spam they don't even refer to me by name. Had one about three weeks ago saying there was a payment problem with my car tax ( about a week after I taxed my car for a year online ), that didn't refer to me by mane either or give my registration number !

I joined neighbourhood alert some years ago and they email me about any new scams. The link that I sent to you would have taken you to the email they sent to me about TV licensing phishing scams, and to tell you that since April 2018, Action Fraud have received over 900 crime reports for this. It then goes on to explain how to protect yourself and what to do if you have fallen victim. You were informing others, and the link just contained a bit more info about it.
