My e-mail inbox frequently gets the
"Act now: 40% off"
type of offer, then a few days later for the same offer
"Hurry, stock going fast, nearly all gone, act now".
Why, if the stock is going so fast, do they have to bother with the second mail. Obviously the stock is not really moving at all.
And then we get the "Offer extended 24 hours" enticement, another phoney move.
Marketing at its best ;-)
