I hope the fact that the wording of this question looks rather like 'Hinglish' doesn't mean that there's a spam link on the way but I'll assume that it's a genuine question for the moment.
Contact Student Finance England by calling 0300 100 0607 to discuss the matter. Lines are open from 0800 to 2000 Monday to Friday and from on 0900 to 1600 on Saturday. Calls are charged at the same rate as those to 01 and 02 numbers, which for anyone with spare 'included minutes' on their call package will mean that the call will be free.
