I don't blame West Ham and am a bit baffled by Chelsea, both of these sackings were poorly timed and totaly lacked class.

I know they earn "loadsa money" but it's a disgrace. Ancelotti, Grant (with Chelsea AND West Ham), Hodgson (who's done wonders at Fulham and West Brom as well as abroad), Hughes at Man City, to name a few. And they've all behaved with great dignity. Ferguson should have been sacked years ago (dreadful at first) but they stuck with him and........
These men are in charge of the assets of multi millon pound companies, they are responsible for the purchases and the sales. Thier failure costs millions.
Roy Hodgeson is a case in point when it suited him he left Fulham to go to Liverpool, he failed he got the sack.

Ancelotti won the double last year and gets the sack after a trophyless season........Wenger wins nothing for 6 years and yet is still in the Arsenal hotseat
It's easy to blame the players for Arsenals failures but Wenger is the one who signed them, Their central defence used to be top class when Adams, Bould and Keown played, since then they've had second rate central defenders like Senderos, Cygan, Silvestre, Squillaci, Koscielny, Djourou
Wenger seems bombproof, as Craft has suggested there is probably more to it than meets the eye

Agree about Arsenals defence. It's their biggest downfall. Wenger could do with spending a few quid in the right places too.
Here's a though, maybe Ancelotti could step in at the Emirates for a while. Wenger can have a sebatical or something.
I'm an Arsenal fan by the way, just in case that hadn't come accross.
