I was up the Albion Saturday and when the chap in front of us, with his bionic phone which has all the latest goal alerts on it, announced Van Persie had scored again a big cheer went up....
It's amazing how many folks have him in their fantasy teams!

I'm frightened to look - mainly because I really don't understand what is going on but also because Princess Merlin's team is at the bottom of our league. I think Frankie is doing better.

Thanks KIDD72 for the League Updates but it does not make very good reading for me at this stage as I'm lagging too far behind.
Will have to keep an eye on Miss Rowanwitch as she's getting too close for comfort, cannot let her beat me again this Season as it will cost me a nice meal out somewhere !! lol
Mind you I will gladly pay for it if I have to as you are worth it ! xx
Onwards and Upwards as there is a lot to play for over the Xmas/New Year period with a lot of matches in a short period.

Looking at Yours and Rowan's positions five points seemed very close indeed... until I looked at my own position, if I want to move from Seventh to Sixth then five points suddenly looks like a mountain to climb. Lol.

RVP does seem to be the man of the moment, he's in my team but I'm not willing to give him the captaincy.
