If pompey were to go out of business what would happen with regards relegation to league 1 and promotion from league 1.

If Pompey go out of business before the end of the season their record is "expunged" meaning all their results are removed from the current season.
3 teams would still go up from the Championship to the Premier League but only 2 would go down to League one with 3 coming up..Promotion /relegation to and from League 2 would remain the same but it would mean only one club would be relegated out of League 2 into the Conference with two coming up,so maintaining the 92 League clubs.
