For the third time in 3 weeks the phone line was not working. This morning I was expecting an important call which couldn't get through.
Is there anyway I can break my agreement with Talktalk and find another supplier without penalties?
A small company I worked for had this problem with TalkTalk. After much arguing I got them to send OpenReach out to check the wire from the nearest pole to the premises.............problem solved.
We were with Talk Talk, we had nothing but problems when they kept accidentally or mistakenly cutting off our broadband and then telling us we requested it and each time they made us wait 14 day for reconnection. We are now with Sky and trouble free! :)
Glad its not just me.The phone is OK but Internet is a nightmare.I had no service at all for most of the last two weekends. What I find so difficult is getting hold of someone to complain to.
